As Design Director at IA Interior Architects, Neil Schneider has provided successful design solutions for a variety of Fortune 500 and innovative brands across the globe. His clients range from a variety of market sectors and  include LinkedIn, McDonald's, Dyson, JLL, and CNA to name a few. Neil’s designs are a reflection of his longtime advocacy for translating organizational goals and strategy, along with external cultural and business influencers, into the physical space.

In addition to his design work, Neil is a leader in multiple IA offices, providing mentorship and fostering the talents of the design teams. Firmwide, he helped establish Spark, IA's platform for inter-office sharing and innovation. In 2019, Neil was promoted Principal in the firm and now sits on IA’s executive committee helping to guide the firm’s voice. He also currently leads IA’s Design Director Committee, focusing on design innovation sharing globally.

Currently he is working with Abbott, BMO, RSM, Sterling Bay, and United Airlines on their new global headquarters.
