Who is the controller of your data?

What data do we collect when you have subscribed to our newsletters?

When our newsletter sign-up form (subscription box) is filled in, the following data is collected:

Our mailing list is operated through and the data stored by Smart Focus (see information below), an external service provider. This enables us to keep your data secure, whilst making it easy to unsubscribe from our mailing list should you wish to do so. You will never be contacted by (email client) directly for other purposes than sending newsletters. Our external service provider records your IP-address and the date and time you sign up so that we can provide proof of your assent to be contacted should you request this.

Subscribing to our mailing list ensures you to gain information about The Great Indoors (including, but not limited to news, event information, blogs etc.) We also record certain metrics regarding the success of our mailing list, such as percentage opened or clicks, to enable us to improve our output over time. Your personal data is not linked to such statistics.

We mainly use your Data for the purpose of managing our customer/prospect relationships, notably when:
